Bright Annealed Tubing

Our hydrogen-purged, bright annealing system was developed specifically for small-diameter tubing in a wide range of materials, including 304, 304L, and 316L. We offer bright annealed products in straight lengths up to 40 feet, and in coiled lengths up to 20,000 feet. Our OD range is 0.250 to 1.0 inches, and our thickness range is 0.020 to 0.065 inches.

Automotive Aftermarket

STPI produces a superior-quality, buffed product we call Classic Finish, which truly rivals chrome in appearance. Tubing OD sizes range from 0.5 to 2.5 inches, and wall thicknesses from 0.028 to 0.065 inches. Type 304 stainless is a typical material used for this application, and parts can be custom cut, deburred, buffed, and packaged per our customer’s specifications.

Household Accessories

High volume production of parts with consistently uniform finishes is a standard requirement of the household accessories market. STPI offers an array of tubular products for this market, with mirror finishes to grit finishes. Parts can be custom cut, and packaged for quick shipments.

Marine Fabrication

STPI provides a mirror finished tube that exceeds the industry standard for marine application, in OD sizes from 0.025 to 1.5 inches, and wall thicknesses from 0.035 to 0.065 inches. Standard alloys include 304 and 316L stainless steel. Parts can be custom cut to your desired length, or provided in lengths up to 40 feet. Tubes are paper sleeved and boxed for protection during shipment.
