Tube-Producing Capabilities 
The mills at STPI produce tubular products in sizes of 0.125 to 2.50 inches OD, and wall thicknesses from 0.020 to 0.085 inches. Our products are available in a variety of materials including 304, 304L, 316/316L, 409, 825 alloy, copper, and copper-clad steel. Straight length tubing up to 40 feet can be produced, and coiled tubing to 20,000 foot lengths is offered. Our unique manufacturing capabilities allow us to supply tubing in exact cut lengths—from a few parts to thousands of parts—deburred and finished to exacting customer specifications. |

Finishing to Suit 
STPI prides itself in its secondary operations, which include cutting, polishing, buffing, and packaging. Our cutting department offers high-quality, tight-tolerance cut parts, all of which are wire-brush deburred. Our flexible and efficient cellular manufacturing process produces large volumes of short-length parts which can be polished to 180, 240, 320 or Scotch Bright* finish. STPI buffing lines are custom built to produce finishes of distinctive quality on parts only a few inches long up to 40 feet long. |

Packaging 
Packaging tubular products sometimes can be as complicated as the actual manufacturing process. STPI will custom package your product in paper or plastic sleeves, cardboard or wooden boxes, custom-built reels, or returnable containers. We will package to your requirements for safe, on-time deliveries. |
